5:00pm - 19 dead according to fire service
Fire Service and Civil Defense Director General Brigadier General Mohammad Zahed Kamal said at least 19 people had died in the crash, while at least 50 were injured .
4.35pm- Press briefing at National Burn Institute
At a briefing at the National Burn Institute, Prof Sayedur Rahman, special assistant of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, said the plane crash left 100-150 people with burn injuries. They were initially taken to the Combined Military Hospital and other facilities in the area.
Around 70 people, mostly students, have been admitted to six hospitals. Of the 48 admitted to the burn institute, some are in critical condition.
The Chief Adviser's Press Wing wrote on Facebook that an emergency hotline has been launched at the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.

4:24pm - Two brought dead to Kurmitola hospital
Two dead bodies were brought to the Kurmitola General Hospital, the hospital's Assistant Director Colonel Fakhrul Alam told Dhaka Stream. He could not immediately comment on the age or identity of the deceased. A 12-year-old student of class seven was also brought to the hospital with burns on 20% of his body, but the student is out of danger, the assistant director said.
4:16pm - '50-60 patients' brought to DMCH
A volunteer helping with the ongoing efforts at Dhaka Medical College Hospital told a Dhaka Stream reporter at the spot that at least 50-60 patients injured in the crash were brought to the facility.

3:15pm - Injured being taken to hospitals
Ambulances carrying people, including children, with burn injuries have been seen leaving the site. Anxious parents have gathered near the scene.
2:48pm: Students reportedly trapped in dorm
Guardians told Dhaka Stream's reporter at the spot that there were girls trapped in the hostel and efforts were underway to rescue them, but there were fears that there may be fatalities at the hostel.
1:55pm - 50 injured, school vice principal says
Immediately after the crash, plumes of smoke and flames could be seen, alerting passersby.
In a video footage filmed by locals, children in uniform are seen running around in panic.
Masud Alam, vice principal (admin) of Milestone College, said, "Around 50 people, including teachers, students, and staff, have been injured. They have been taken to hospitals."
He told Dhaka Stream that the aircraft crashed on top of a school building.
1:18pm - BAF training jet crashes in college campus, three firefighting units dispatched.
The plane crashed around 1:18pm on the school building, according to the Inter Services Public Relations Directorate (ISPR).
Lima Khanam, a duty officer at the Fire Service and Civil Defence control room, said they received information about the crash on the field of Uttara Milestone College, and three firefighting units were dispatched to the scene immediately.
"We don't have any further details at the moment," she said.
