Dhaka has ranked 171st in the Global Liveability Index 2025, dropping from 168th last year.
The index was published by the Economist Intelligence Unit recently.
While preparing the index, EIU evaluates 5 crucial dimensions: Stability, Healthcare, Culture & Environment, Education and Infrastructure.
Tripoli and Damascus are the two countries standing behind Bangladesh with 172 and 173 rankings, respectively.
Copenhagen ranked first in the list, while Vienna stands in the second and Zurich in the third.
