A total of 90 people were killed and 400 were injured in an Israeli attack on Gaza in the last 24 hours, reports Al Jazeera.
Meanwhile, in the occupied West Bank, at least three Palestinians have been killed and seven injured in an attack by Israeli settlers in the village of Kafr Malik, northeast of Ramallah.
Gaza's Ministry of Health has reported that the death toll is continuing to rise.
Al Jazeera reported that over 100 Israeli settlers attacked Kafr Malik, setting fire to Palestinian homes and vehicles.
In another incident, a 13-year-old Palestinian child was killed by the Israeli forces. DCIP reported that on Monday afternoon, Ammar Motaz Mustafa Hamaiel, a teenager, was shot dead by Israeli forces while walking with a friend near a bypass road close to the village of Kafr Malik in the occupied West Bank.
"He was turning away from the soldiers and posed no threat to them," said Ayed Abu Eqtaish, accountability program director at DCIP.
"He is the 29th Palestinian child killed by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank this year as Israel continues its campaign of genocide in Gaza with complete impunity," he added.
According to DCIP, Israeli soldiers, hiding behind pine trees, shot him from a distance of about 500 to 1,000 meters. A bullet entered Ammar's back and pierced through his neck.
After the shooting, Israeli forces detained Ammar at the scene for nearly two hours before he was put into an ambulance. After taking him to the hospital, doctors declared him dead.
The organisation also reported that Israeli soldiers physically attacked Ammar's family members and neighbours who rushed to help him.
