Another teacher, who sustained fire injury from the Milestone School fighter jet crash, succumbed to death on Thursday afternoon at the National Burn and Surgery Institute.
Mahfuja Akhter, 45, was a teacher at Milestone School and College.
Dr Nasir Uddin, director of NBSI, said, "She took her last breath around 12.45pm. She had 25% of face burn with several comorbidities."
She was referred from CMH to the Burn Institute on 21 July 2025.
Earlier, two teachers -- Maherin Chowdhury and Masuka Begum -- died after being injured in the jet crash.
On July 21, a Bangladesh Air Force fighter jet lost control and crashed into a two-storey building of Milestone School and College in the capital. So far, the death toll has risen to 35.
Twenty-three others are still under treatment.
