The Jubo Dal has expelled two local leaders following the killing of one person in Kishoreganj during clashes and gunfire between two rival factions of the organisation over establishing dominance in the area.
The expelled leaders are Ali Abbas Rajan, and Emdadul Haque Emdad.
A notification was issued on Friday in this regard, signed by Nurul Islam Sohel, office secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Bangladesh Nationalist Jubo Dal.
The decision was implemented by Abdul Monayem Munna, president of the Central Executive Committee, and Mohammad Nurul Islam Nayon, general secretary, due to allegations of involvement in activities against party discipline, the notification reads.
