The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) pushed a total of 27 people into Bangladesh through separate border points in Naogaon and Panchagarh districts on Thursday.
10 people through the Naogaon border
The BSF on Thursday pushed 10 people into Bangladesh through the Agradigun border point in Dhamoirhat upazila of the district.
Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) members detained them and handed them over to the concerned police station for further investigation.
17 people through the Panchagarh border
17 people were pushed into Bangladesh through two border points in Panchagarh early Thursday by the BSF. Ten were pushed in through the Banglapara border in Haribhasa union of Sadar upazila, while seven others entered via the Bhajanpur border in Tetulia upazila.
Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) detained all 17 and handed them over to the respective police stations for investigation.
