The Election Commission on Sunday published a draft of the supplementary voter list.
Over 4.5 million new voters have been added to the list, and approximately 2.1 million deceased voters have been removed.
The draft list has been published at the upazila and union levels, said an EC spokesperson. Anyone with objections to the list must fill out a designated form to apply for corrections by August 21.
Requests for changing addresses can also be submitted during this period.
After resolving the claims, the final voter list will be published on August 31.
Earlier, the commission announced that those who turn 18 by October 31 will also have the opportunity to become voters ahead of the February 2026 parliamentary election.
A separate supplementary list will be prepared for them, Election Commissioner Brigadier General (retd) Abul Fazal Sanaullah said.
According to EC data released on March 2, the total number of voters in the country was 123,732,274.
